Machine Learning Department, Carnegie Mellon University.
This summer, I am a fellow at the ML Alignment and Theory Scholars Program, advised by Shi Feng.
I am a Master's student in the Machine Learning Department at Carnegie Mellon University. I investigate methods to improve alignment and control of language models in multi-agent systems. My current interests revolve around multi-agent reinforcement learning, social networks, and weak-to-strong model dynamics. My work at CMU is advised by Daphne Ippolito.
In my spare time, I have the joy of working on the executive board of CMU's AI Safety Initiative where I work on graduate student outreach; field-building and recruiting in AI Safety mean a lot to me!
Previously, I graduated summa cum laude from Emory University with a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Statistics, working with Lauren Klein on modeling semantic evolution in online communities as well as auditing bias in NLP. I did my honor's thesis on structured prediction and argument mining under the supervision of Joyce Ho and Prof. Klein. I am grateful to these advisors and others who have fostered my passion for social networks, responsible AI, and careful research.
